2 Year Old Miss L’s Child Portraits :: Rowley Family Photographer
Sweet Miss L came to my studio from Rowley MA for her 2 year old portraits and I was so excited to see her. I have been this Rowley family’s newborn, baby, and child photographer since Miss L’s big sister was a newborn. And I have absolutely loved having all three of their precious little ones in front of my camera. Whether it’s for their newborn portraits, or getting to see them grow into toddlers. This family is one I will always be thrilled to catch up with and photograph!

The Fun of Toddler Photos
Being a Rowley area family photographer is so much fun for me. I love getting to meet amazing families like Miss L’s family. Whenever a family trusts me to capture these milestone sessions for their family, I am honored. But also, it is just so much fun to hang out with these little ones in my studio and photograph them. Two year olds are so silly and hilarious. They’re also at a stage that is part baby and part kid. This means that they are able to follow some direction, but also have a tendency to do what they want. This can make photographing them a bit of a challenge. However I’ve been photographing babies and children of all ages since 2009, so I’ve picked up a few tricks over the years. And I always have an assistant on hand who can help me out by playing, singing, or dancing.
Another trick I have up my sleeve is props. This ride-on rocking swan is such a hit, especially for the little girls. It’s soft and fuzzy, super adorable, and who wouldn’t want to ride on a swan? I have an assortment of props that little ones can sit on during their portrait session to help keep them in place. For Miss L’s sister’s Rowley child photos, she sat on a wooden crate which was a perfect rustic touch. For these photos, we went a bit more whimsical. The swan, the floral garland, and Miss L’s pretty dress were the perfect touch for a sweet and whimsical session.
