Miss H’s Newborn Portraits in North Reading MA
Miss H and her parents came to my studio from nearby North Reading for her newborn portraits. It was my first time meeting Miss H and her families, but it wasn’t the last time. I actually just recently photographed her new baby sister for her own newborn portraits! One of the greatest parts of my job is getting to meet sweet families like this one. And being able to watch little ones grow big, and become big siblings, is one of the best rewards.

Styling Inspiration from this North Reading Area Newborn Photographer
I will be the first to admit that there are some colors I tend to forget exist when it comes to styling sessions, especially newborn sessions. Red is one of them. Typically if I’m using a color in the red family, it’s pink. Or if I’m using red it’s either Christmas themed or the occasional New England Patriots themed photo. In this case, I love the way the red headband pops against the gray and white. This is a great reminder not to shy away from a pop of color in an otherwise neutral set.
Yellow is another color I don’t use as much as others. But how gorgeous is the yellow and gray color scheme? I send out a questionnaire before any session to help get an idea of the styling. In Miss H’s questionnaire her parents mentioned that her nursery was a gray and yellow color scheme. These photos show just how beautiful those colors work together.
