Planning a Cake Smash Session

If you’ve been around my blog or social media for a while, you know I love a cake smash session. The colors, the balloons, the joy, the CAKE. There are so many reasons to adore these sessions. I also love planning them. When it comes to Greater Boston cake smash sessions, there really are no limits. Do you want to go all out with a special theme? I got you covered. Prefer to keep it simple and clean (as clean as you can be with a one year old and cake that is!), I can absolutely make that happen.

This session is a great example of one that is simple and classic while also being fun. An all white backdrop is a great choice for parents who want something clean and neutral. The combination of white, blue and gray balloons is as classic as they come. And I love that this black “one.” shirt Mr. K has on stands out against the light colors around him. This shirt also means that the white and blue ombre cake will pop in pictures, and not stain his cute outfit–a true win win.
