7 Year Old Miss B’s Creative Child Portraits :: Andover MA Photographer

I have been photographing this sweet little lady since she was one year old. And since then I have caught up with her and her parents every year to celebrate her birthday. We alternate every year. One year (like this one) the session will be in my studio. And then the next year we will meet up at a park for outdoor photos. The session is always half family photos, half solo portraits of Miss B. This is such a fun tradition that I am so grateful to be part of. I love that this family has updated photos every year as keepsakes. And I also love that these family and child portraits allow me to get creative. Like for her 7 year photos when we had so much fun with some whimsical digital backdrops.

These backdrops are such a great way to add whimsy and magic to a session for extra creative child portraits. The three different ones used in this session are each gorgeous, I can’t even decide on a favorite! If you’re having a child portrait session for your kiddo, consider adding on a digital backdrop! I simply take a photo of your little one in the correct pose, and then using the magic of editing I digitally add them to the background.
