Sometimes a piece of media or pop culture comes along and just changes the game when it comes to cake smash sessions. And Boss Baby did just that! It’s such an adorable idea, and very easy to execute. And if you have a boss baby of your own, you know just how fitting this theme is for first birthday photos. A Boss Baby banner, some matching balloons, and some truly adorable blue jeans was all it took to set the scene for Mr. A’s cake smash photos.
Before it was time to get messy, we took lots of family and sibling photos. Big brothers were so sweet with their new baby. Getting to photograph siblings with larger age gaps is always so much fun for me. It’s always an adventure photographing sibling groups and figuring out the best dynamic for each family. I also took some solo portraits of Mr. A in his adorable outfit with some bubbles (can’t go wrong with bubbles!) and my ONE wooden letters. The best way to celebrate the first birthday for this boss baby!
