Mother’s Day Gift Ideas :: Andover Outdoor Mommy & Me Portraits
Trying to think of a Mother’s Day gift idea for the mom who has everything? I have a perfect idea: Mommy and Me portraits! As a mom myself, I know that so often for mamas, there are plenty of pictures of the kiddos but not a ton with mom included. Selfies are awesome, and I am forever grateful for the technology we have now to allow for them. But let’s be real, they really aren’t the same. Which is one of the reasons why I started offering Mommy & Me photo sessions a few years ago. They are the perfect excuse for moms to get some photos of themselves with their little ones. And trust me when I say not only will the mom in your life love getting to have these photos, but one day the children will be just as thrilled.
These mini sessions are outdoors which make them extra fun for parents and kids alike. There is something so pure and clean about Spring in New England. I think all of the fresh greenery makes the perfect backdrop for these Mommy and Me Mother’s Day gift photos!

Creating the Perfect Gift for the Moms in Your Life
These Mommy and Me photos are the perfect Mother’s Day gift for your wife, girlfriend, sister, or friend. But they are also a great idea for the grandmother in your life. During last year’s Mommy & Me mini sessions, I had a few different moms bring their own mom along for the fun. I absolutely adore this idea and definitely encourage it. This can mean getting some portraits of just grandma and her grandbabies. Or it can mean getting a three generations photo. No matter what you decide to go with, these mini sessions are a great way to celebrate mom.
