Mama-to-be R’s In Studio and Outdoor Maternity Photos :: Somerville MA
I pretty much love every session I have ever photographed. That being said, this one is definitely on my list of favorites of all time. And one reason is because it has EVERYTHING. Mom-to-be R from Somerville came to my studio for some maternity photos. And we also met up for some outdoor pregnancy portraits. Between the two different settings I was able to capture some truly stunning whimsical outdoor photos in a tree-filled wooded area with sun streaming through the trees. And I was also able to capture both glam pregnancy portraits with a sheer lace maternity gown. Plus some gorgeous nude boudoir style maternity photos, including some silhouettes. Mama R absolutely ROCKED her maternity portrait session, both indoors and out.

Styling For Indoor and Outdoor Pregnancy Pictures
When it comes to maternity photos, it is all about making mama feel comfortable and beautiful. And I am here from before the session to after the session to do everything I can to make sure that these photos are as fun and stress-free as possible. I send a questionnaire with styling questions before every situation. When it comes to Somerville area maternity photos this is mainly to help me get everything ready to go as soon as the session starts. I have a large assortment of maternity gowns and tutus in the studio that expecting mothers are welcome to use. They range from neutral white and black, to bold red and purple, and everything in between. There is also a variety of styles from flowy glamorous gowns with long trains, to gowns meant to show off that beautiful belly.
For some moms-to-be it’s all about being natural. Whether that means some portraits in your birthday suit, or wearing clothing you bring from home.
