Baby C’s Newborn Portraits near Wakefield MA
Welcome to the world Baby C! Baby C was not that into sleeping when he came to my studio from Wakefield MA for his newborn portrait session back in August. But this little dude did not disappoint! I think his sense of humor is going to be as hilarious as his parents. Love the layup hand and “scoOOOOOOre!!!” face he gives in the first newborn portrait below, and the knowing smirk he shoots the camera in his swaddled up newborn photo in the one above. There is the adorable baby in a tub shot that melts the heart. And those itty bitty newborn baby lashes, toes and fingers to swoon over.

Styling For Baby Photos
When it comes to any session, I always make sure that the parents and I are on the same page when it comes to priorities and styling. The main way I do this is by sending over a questionnaire that asks all about these things. Do you have a love of props, or do you prefer just baby? Do you have a specific color scheme in mind? Maybe you have your heart set on hanging up some of these newborn portraits in baby’s nursery. If that’s the case, knowing what colors are already in the room can definitely help me when I’m pulling props, accessories, and blankets for you. Whatever your style, I can make it work.
For this little man, it was all about light blue and white. This is a classic color combo, and you can’t go wrong. There was a tiny pop of yellow thanks to the bees on his swaddle. And speaking of that swaddle, mom brought that along for his Wakefield area newborn photos. I always encourage parents to bring along any accessories and props they want to see in their photos.
