I love a prop. Or an accessories. Or a mixture of both! Especially when it comes to newborn sessions. Now, of course your baby is super adorable on their own without any of the props. But there is just something so sweet about adding certain props and accessories. And one of the absolute favorite types of photo prop for newborn portraits has to be floral props. Whether it’s a floral headband, a flower adorned blanket or swaddle, or some faux flowers scattered around. Floral pieces add such a wonderful touch of nature, or whimsy, or timeless beauty. In my studio I have quite the collection of faux flowers and flower crowns that can be used during newborn portrait sessions.
