Mr. M’s Mr. ONEderful Cake Smash :: Cambridge MA Photographer

Mr. M came to my studio from Cambridge MA to celebrate his first birthday. And celebrate we did! Starting off with some solo portraits with a fun little fall twist. I love how popular autumn has become over the last few years (and I agree–it is a great season). It has meant so many parents choosing to celebrate the season during their kiddos portrait sessions. That led to some other super adorable portraits (I mean how cute is that stuffed animal dog?!) before it was time for the fun: the cake!

Getting to photograph this little man’s cake smash was extra fun for me because I previously photographed his big sister’s cake smash. I had previously photographed Mr. M for his newborn photos, too. And I photographed big sister quite a few times over the years. I love having families come back to me again and again! For his cake smash photos, it was a very cute Mr. Onederful theme. I am a big fan of puns, and this is one of my favorites. The set design itself was cute and simple. Just some balloons in black, white, gold, and fun confetti gold. Some insanely cute jean overalls. A gold “one” sign. And of course… the cake and Mr. M!
