A Pink Princess Cake Smash for Miss V :: Boston MA Photographer
To celebrate Miss V’s first birthday the whole family of six came to my studio for a portrait session. The first time I met and photographed this family was when baby number two, Mr. K, was born. I photographed his newborn and first birthday sessions, plus a family portrait and Santa photos in between. I saw them again for some toddler/child photos when Mr. K turned 2. When mom was expecting baby number 4 the family was back in my studio for maternity photos. I am so happy that I was able to catch up with this family again, meet babies number 3 and 4, and help capture all of these memories. Before it was time to celebrate the birthday girl, it was family portraits. And this family is always so gorgeous and so stylish. Some families choose to keep it casual when it comes to styling family pictures. And others choose to go a more formal route. This family tends more on the formal side, and they always look great. Big brothers Mr. J and Mr. K are particularly precious in their suits!
Creating a Sweet and Girly Cake Smash Session
For Miss V’s birthday celebration, it was all about pink and princess! Balloons in pink, white and gold served as a backdrop. I especially love the gold glitter confetti balloons! Some twinkle lights added some shine. And of course you can’t forget the tutu, crown, and pearls! Miss V looked like the prettiest little princess for her birthday celebration. I love that it’s girly and princessy, but still on the simple side when it comes to set design. And I especially love that big sister, Miss S, was able to get in on the cake smash fun, too!
