Mr. J’s Woodland Cake Smash Photos :: Weston MA Photographer
Mr. J is ONE and to celebrate he was in my studio for some family and baby photos. And then, it was time for the real fun to begin. And by that, I mean the cake smash, of course! Cake smash sessions are so much fun and such a great way to celebrate your baby turning one. For this celebratory session, Mr. J’s parents decided to go with a woodland theme cake smash. A simple burlap bunting hung on the rustic white wood wall. Some faux tree stumps and mini evergreens added the woodland flair.
A little gold lantern and some pinecones filled in the set design. Mr. J’s cake was a simple one with just a crumb coating and it looked perfectly at home sitting on my little tree stump charger plate. And how cute is Mr. J in his shorts and bowtie? Since this was a winter cake smash the plaid bow tie was a perfect match. Mr. J even rocked a Santa hat for a few photos!
