Miss E’s Boho Cake Smash :: Boston Photographer

Cake smash sessions are the perfect time to have fun. And one way to do that is to incorporate a theme or style that speaks to you and your child. Over the years there have been some trends that have come and gone. One trend that has definitely stayed for cake smash sessions is the boho theme. And I am so happy that it has lasted because I absolutely love it. The faux-greenery embroidery hoops hanging from the wall are the perfect backdrop for anything floral, whimsical, or boho inspired. I have used them during just about every kind of milestone session. The tent/teepee is another prop that works perfectly for this theme. And it’s super easy to dress up for different sessions. in this case some pink flowers spread around on the floor and some greenery and flowers around the opening is the perfect inclusion.

Cake smash theme and styling are two things I am asked about frequently. And they are both topics that I am super happy to discuss and work with parents on.
