Tree Farm Christmas Photos :: Christmas Card Ideas

I know I’m not alone when I say that Covid-19 really threw a wrench in my plans in many, many ways. Especially when it came time for my fall and holiday mini sessions. I was able to still offer my fall mini sessions in the fall of 2020 since they were outdoors. When it came time to consider holiday mini sessions, I was stumped. Normally my mini session days are marathon days. Each family has about 15 minutes which means we are able to quickly get to work photographing and having fun. Since these mini sessions are usually stylized for Christmas, offering these mini sessions in my studio is kind of a key component. But 2020 made me think out of the box. Or in this case, out of the studio. Out of the studio and onto the Tree Farm for Christmas! I had seen other photographers offer tree farm photos but I had never done it before. Until Covid made it basically impossible for me to have families back-to-back in my studio AND feel like I was keeping them safe.
