Little Dude B’s Newborn Photos :: Bedford Photographer
In case you were wondering why I love being a newborn photographer, Mr. B from Bedford is a great example of why! I loved this session. Between meeting this sweet family and getting to photograph this adorable little dude. And as an added bonus I’ve been able to photograph this little guy numerous times since this first session. Incorporating Props Into Your Newborn Pictures
Mr. B’s dad is a gym teacher so I guess it’s safe to say he likes sports. And what better way to honor dad than to incorporate this into Mr. B’s newborn photos?! The photos where Mr. B is propped up in the tall wooden box and wearing the super adorable conductor’s hat are super cute as they are. But add in a small pile containing basketball, soccer ball, and football and you’ve got a classy and timeless nod to dad’s love of sports. This is a great example of how props can be added to photos while still keeping that vintage and timeless look.
Other props from this session include adorable elephant stuffed animals with matching elephant baby hat. Plus the typical assortment of props for baby to lay in and on during their session. In my studio I have a huge array of props ranging from bowls and boxes, to beds, to boats, and everything in between. All of these props are available for clients to use. Add in one of my numerous different colored furs or blankets and we have the perfect newborn photo set! I was able to get so many different set ups for Mr. B’s portraits, this session is a great example of the kinds of sets you can expect for your own newborn photos.
