Bedford Newborn Professional Photography Studio :: Baby M
I love getting to meet new little babies. Especially after I was lucky enough to photograph her mama’s maternity portraits! I’m always so honored and grateful to be chosen to capture this amazing time for new parents. Miss M came to the studio from Bedford, and brought her mom along with her.
Mom brought along this amazing quilt and hat that was made just for Miss M, so of course they had to be a big part of these portraits. I love being able to include these special items into a baby’s newborn portraits. Miss M will have that quilt forever, and these photos to prove it. We ended the session with a few shots of mama and baby. Mom gave Miss M a sweet kiss and cuddled her for a bit. But my favorite shot is of baby girl’s leg extended and toes stretching out!
Styling For A Studio Newborn Session
For Miss M’s newborn session, the first priority was working in this amazing quilt that mama brought along with her. It was so colorful and beautiful that it was perfect for Miss M’s portraits. For the rest of the session, we kept the colors much more neutral. Miss M was swaddled in white throughout, although she did get a little touch of pink while wearing the white and pink hat mom brought along. Different headbands added just the right amount of fun and glam to the otherwise neutral and simple photos. Accessories are such a great way to dress up a portrait. I have a ton of different options for parents, but the personal ones from home are always a fantastic addition.
