Mr S :: Newborn and Baby Photographer North Shore
This little guy brought his parents and grandmother along to my North Shore studio for his newborn baby photography session. It is always a treat for me when I can showcase the love of family, especially numerous generations. And the family portrait down below is certainly sweet. I always start out with family portraits. This way, both baby and parents get comfortable in the studio and with the process. And then, it’s all about baby! I send out a questionnaire before any photography session so that I can know what the family’s priorities are in terms of portraits. Some prefer many family photos, while others prefer to have the main focus on the new baby. Either way, I am happy to provide the photos that mom and dad will love forever.

About this North Shore Newborn Baby Photographer Session
Neutrals and shades of blue are the perfect way to make an adorable baby boy the star of the show. Babies are newborns for such a short time, so it is so important to celebrate and document that. I always make sure to capture the tiny details because we really do forget. In Mr S’s case, that meant those baby lips and ten teeny fingers. And of course his full head of hair!
I have in the studio a huge assortment of swaddles, newborn hats, and props. And by a huge assortment, I literally mean a HUGE assortment. I have a swaddle for every color of the rainbow. However, if you want a swaddle or hat for your very own, I recommend starting with Etsy. You really can find anything on Etsy.

Choosing Prints and Products from Your Newborn Session
After your North Shore area newborn photography session, it’s time to choose prints and products. And the good news is, there’s an option for everyone. The other good news is there’s no wrong choices when it comes to prints and products. And I am here to walk you through all of the decisions to help you choose what’s best for you. You can read about all of the options here: What To Do With Your Photos.
For parents who are interested in wall art, I’m here to help. Just send me a photo of the wall you’re looking to decorate. Tape a piece of printer paper to the wall so I have a good idea of the dimensions. And then I can digitally add your photos as canvases or as framed artwork (or a gallery with a mix of both!). This way you can see how your photos will look in your space. This is especially helpful if you’re not sure what size to get, or if you want to make sure your new artwork will work with your existing decor.
