Sunset Fall Family Photos for the A Family :: Burlington MA Photographer

I have been photographing this family for so long, and it is always a treat to get to catch up with them again for family portraits. This 2023 session is no exception. As I write this blog it is currently a very warm summer day. So looking at these gorgeous fall photos definitely gives me a bittersweet feeling. Because on the one hand, there are few things I adore as much as golden sunset family photos in the fall. But also I definitely do not want to wish summer away too fast! More and more over the last few years summer family photos have become more popular. But fall is still the king when it comes to family portraits. And looking at these photos it is super easy to see why.

Fall in New England is such a gorgeous time of year. The stunning colors. The cooler temperatures. Pumpkin spice, apple cider donuts, the list goes on and on. Which makes it the perfect time of year for family portraits. Whether you have little kids who are changing by the minute. Or if your kids are growing up and getting taller than you are. No matter the ages, having updated family portraits is such a great keepsake. For the A family, I know they treasure every session. And I treasure getting to be the one capturing these amazing, beautiful, fun, silly moments.
