Classic Newborn Photos for Baby Girl L :: Needham MA Photographer
I had previously photographed Miss L’s big brother, Mr. J, for his 1 year photos. Which meant I was so excited to have this family back in my studio to celebrate their newest arrival, Miss L. The crazy thing about writing this blog is I actually JUST ordered Miss L’s one year photo prints a few days ago. It’s so wild to now look at these photos from last year and see how teeny tiny she was. Plus I love looking back at this session because I love it so much. It is full of sweet, classic newborn photos perfect for your baby girl.
The colors were kept mostly on the lighter, neutral side of the spectrum. But I adore the pops of blue and green that are scattered throughout. All of the white gives such a bright and airy feel. While the different pops of color add such great variety while keeping a beautiful, cohesive feel. This session is the perfect blend of variety and cohesion!
Including Siblings in Newborn Pictures
Since big brother Mr. J came along for the photos, I was sure to get some adorable sibling photos, too. I love when parents bring older siblings along for the ride for newborn photos. Not only do the photos come out super cute. But it’s also such a great way to help siblings get excited for their new baby! I love how sweet Mr. J looks with his baby sister. And she even opened her eyes for one of the photos with big bro! If you have older children, please don’t hesitate to include them in your newborn photos. It can be a little bit of a challenge, but one that is definitely worth it. And over the years I have come up with a ton of different tricks to include older siblings in classic newborn baby girl photos like this session!
