Classic Sports Fan Newborn Photography :: New England Photographer
This sweet baby boy came to my studio from nearby Wakefield MA with his mama and daddy for his newborn photos. We took some really beautiful portraits of the new family of three. I also got some of each parent with their new little man. For the solo portraits of Mr. B, it was a great mix of classic and timeless, and creative newborn photos. And like many New England families, these parents are big sports fans. So they wanted to incorporate some classic sports into Mr. B’s newborn photography session. Over the years I have included so many different sports themes into newborn portraits. Whether it’s a specific team, or specific sport. Or even a mix of numerous sports. For this session, we kept it super classic with a sweet little golf themed set up. Complete with the most adorable little knit hat! And then we honored the Boston Bruins with a little black and gold–and a hockey puck, of course!
The great thing about newborn photography sessions is that the time can definitely allow for numerous set designs. That way if parents can’t choose between the clean, simple, swaddled baby photos and the more creative photos with props, they don’t have to choose! I love how sweet and simple the photos of Mr. B on the blue blanket are. Then for some variety, there are the ones of him in the adorable little red wagon and inside the little tree stump. Getting to give these parents the best of both worlds!
