Mr. A’s Newborn Photos with Big Brother :: Lynn MA Photographer

Mr. A and his family from Lynn MA came to my studio to celebrate their newest arrival with newborn photos. Their family included mom, dad, and almost 3 year old big brother Mr. D. The entire family rocked this session. But special kudos must be given to big bro. He gave me some fantastic smiles, snuggled his new baby brother, and was all around adorable. Toddlers can be tricky (as any parent can tell you) but I have some tricks up my sleeve. For the solo photos of Mr. A we kept things neutral. We stuck to whites, grays, and blues for the first portion. And then switched to brown shades. Plenty of variety while also keeping it simple and neutral in these Lynn newborn photos!

This session also has a few of my favorite poses or types of photos. The first can be seen at the very top of this blog post. Daddy’s hands cradling sweet and sleepy Mr. A. I love the way this pose looks, but I always feel the need to remind people that this is done in a completely safe setting and no babies are actually being held up in the air like this! Another one of my favorites is right below. As Mr. A grows this photo will be a great reminder of how small he once was!
