Miss E’s Baby Photos near Stoneham MA
Miss E and her family came to my studio from nearby Stoneham MA for her new baby photos. At the time Miss E was actually a little over three months when these portraits were taken. She was born premature at 27 weeks and spent some time in the NICU. But she came to the studio, rocked her new baby portraits, and has been rocking all her milestones ever since! I photographed her again for her first birthday cake smash, and this past fall for some family portraits. I am always honored to be able to capture these beautiful keepsakes for families like this sweet family.
This was my first time meeting Miss E, but I had met her family before. I had photographed big brother J for his newborn and one year photos (you can check out his cake smash here: Stoneham First Year Portraits. And spoiler alert, they’re pretty hilarious). Can NICU Babies Still Have Newborn Portraits?
As a mom myself, I know how stressful and scary the early days of having a new baby can be. And for those parents who have a child in the NICU, the stress and fear level is heightened exponentially. NICU stays can run anywhere from a few days, to months long. And the reasons for a NICU stay are just as varied.
