Pelham NH Newborn Portraits :: Miss B
Miss B and her family came to my studio from Pelham NH for her newborn portraits. And that family included Miss B’s big sister: the family pug Oreo! We started off the session with family portraits. This included some super sweet shots of mom and dad each holding Miss B. These are some of my favorite shots to get during a session. Miss B looks so safe and content in the arms of her mama and daddy. These photos are the kind that make great keepsakes, too. One day these parents will look back at these photos and it’ll be hard to believe their little girl was ever that teeny tiny in their arms.

When mom mentioned bringing along the family pet (Miss B’s fur sister), I was totally up for it. I’ve had quite a few dogs in the studio over the years. I’ve even had a cat come along for some photos before! And this pup was definitely a fun one to have in the studio. And I don’t know about you, but I think she’s excited to have a new baby sister. I love the styling of this session. There is something both timeless and modern in the use of colors, props, and accessories. The simple, neutral set including the brown wooden box are timeless. Pops of purple and pink throughout the session add just the right amount of color. And thanks to some hats and headbands we were able to infuse just a tiny bit of boho.
