Lynn MA Newborn Portrait Photographer :: Miss G

Sweet Miss G came to my studio from Lynn, Massachusetts for her newborn portraits. While it was my first time seeing her, I had first “met” her for her mama’s maternity photos! There’s always a little added excitement when I get to finally meet a little one after getting to know their parents at the maternity session. I highly recommend maternity sessions.

Miss G was beyond adorable, and so alert during her session. It’s rare to get even a few photos of bright, alert eyes. And here’s a whole gallery of bright eyed baby!

Styling Choices For This Newborn Session

For mom’s maternity session, she had chosen bright, vibrant colors. Neutrals have been very popular lately, so I loved being able to showcase different shades of blue, teal, and orange. For Miss G’s newborn portraits, there was a wide variety of colors. First up was the neutral tan lace with green floral headband. This is a great example of how using neutral colors can still be bold. The texture of the lace contrasts with the knit blanket and the rustic wood to create visual interest.

Miss G’s next look was also monochromatic, but this time in shades of purple. Purple is a great color because there are so many different shades. Deep purple, bright purple, dusty purple. And they all work perfectly together.

And for the last look, we managed to capture the bright, vibrant colors mom loves. This time, it was all about bright pink! And when paired with a little crown and angel wings, it doesn’t get much better!
