3 Month Old Baby Photos Boston MA :: Little Dude O

This little dude came to my studio for his 3 month old photos from Boston, MA. I had seen him for his newborn portraits, and I had even “met” him while he was in his mommy’s tummy for her maternity photos! Getting to see these little ones time and time again for milestones is always super fun and exciting for me! And of course, getting to catch up with mom and dad is an added bonus! This dad and I had an unfortunate connection that I talk about more in the maternity post. We each lost our mother to pancreatic cancer.

The Goodnight Moon book was featured in Mr. O’s newborn session because it is extra meaningful. I was so happy to see it again and be able to feature it in these photos!

Styling Choices For This Session

There are a lot of benefits to returning for various milestone sessions. One of the great benefits is that it creates consistency. For mama’s maternity photos, she was in a pretty navy blue dress. We carried that navy into his newborn photos by swaddling him in a navy wrap. And now with the three month photos, the navy color is sprinkled throughout. Whether it’s the navy blue fur, the knit overalls, or Mr. O’s adorable sweater.

With multiple sessions, it’s nice to have this consistency, especially when it comes to displaying the photos!
