Christmas is a wonderful, magical time of year. And what better way to begin that wonderful time than with a pregnancy announcement? This first family took advantage of their Christmas mini session to add a little something extra to their Christmas cards: that they were expecting a new baby! This was such a fun thing to include, and this sign was the perfect way to do it. Sometimes it honestly blows me away that I get to be part of these amazing moments in families lives.

Maybe it’s just me, but cute and cozy pajamas are the perfect Christmas attire, and I love that family number 2 wanted to have matching pajamas for their Christmas portraits. There is something adorable about a little one in pajamas, and this mom and dad proved that they can be just as adorable on the whole family.

On the other end of the spectrum from pajamas, there is something insanely adorable about little ones in formal wear. And these two little guys absolutely rocked their outfits. The vests, the bow-ties, the plaid. I’m obsessed. Also, big bro could totally have a future in modeling with that camera ready smirk!

Christmas Mini Sessions

Mini sessions are only about 15-20 minutes, which makes them quite a bit shorter than a full length session. This is perfect for busy families and fussy kids. And worry not, we are able to get so much accomplished in this short time!

I’ve done these sessions for a few years now, so I do everything I can to capture the magic of Christmas (even if that means a little Photoshop magic!) and make it as fun and stress-free as possible for both parents and the kiddos.
