I met up with sweet siblings A and E from Arlington MA. We spent the day outside, and I think it’s safe to say we all had a blast. It’s always fun for me to capture the connection between siblings. And it’s even more fun when I get to see how that connection evolves as the kiddos get older. I got a few different shots of the sweetest hugs between big bro and little sis. And I love the photo at the bottom of this post of the two of them walking away from me holding hands. This shot is one that I try to capture whenever I get the chance, and it never disappoints!

Styling For Outdoor Sibling Photos

One of my favorite things about the styling for this session is that there are so many different colors, and yet it works perfectly! Oftentimes there is a concern about too many colors. There is a worry that the colors won’t work well together. Well, this is a great example of when different colors can work wonderfully together. I love that the color of A’s shirt in this first outfit matches the piping on his sister’s dress and her shoes. This is a great way to get different colors to work together. And in the second outfits, A’s different shades of blue compliment E’s bright yellow. A great example of how two totally different colors can work together to make for a perfect picture!
