Recently turned one year old, this baby girl and her parents came to my studio to smash some cake. With cake smash sessions we are always able to get non smash portraits first. In my experience we have about an hour before a baby is really just … all done with the experience! I move very fast during sessions but not until I know I have the shots we’re looking for. For this baby girl we wanted a cute party dress portrait to commemorate her first birthday as well as something more whimsical. So the tutu and bubbles came out! She has a blast. And this was all before the actual cake came out.
