Yesterday I really lucked out. It was the first day of my fall outdoor family portrait mini sessions. With Hurricane Matthew looming around, the weather report for yesterday was gloomy at best. I build in a rain date automatically for these days for just this reason. However, the extended forecast looked equally as gloomy for the next weekend! Fortunately, we don’t quite always get the weather right and for that I am thankful. I’m also thankful to start to turn my attention to what’s coming up next: the studio Christmas photography extravaganza! And these Burlington MA Christmas baby photography and child portrait sessions are the best way to get into the Christmas mood!

Styling Choices for these Burlington MA Christmas Baby Photos
I had so much fun last year with these sets and my clients came in with perfect Christmas outfits. I’ve included a couple of examples from last year so you can get an idea. This first baby girl’s (can I get a what, what for how heart meltingly adorable she is?) little red hat and matching snowflake and dot sweater were just perfect. She fits right in to that set! Her Mom opted to also bring a blue corduroy dress that I absolutely loved. Reds, greens, white/creams and navy blues scream Christmas to me.
In the bottom two photos, the child is wearing the perfect plaid Christmas pajamas. His Mom brought the pajama set and a more formal sweater and pants combo for two different outfits and looks. I am in love with the photo of him playing with the train in the last shot. It is a more simple set but it is very iconic to me: a boy and his trains.
When it comes to Christmas clothing, I have two places that I always recommend. The first is Hanna Andersson, I’ve had families come in wearing full matching pajamas (mom and dad included!) from Hanna Andersson and I always love them. The second is Janie and Jack. To be honest, I recommend Janie and Jack no matter what time of year it is!
