Here’s a look at my personal Christmas Card for this year. From my family to yours, and all of us here at Crabapple Photography, have a very Merry Christmas! In truth, the holidays should be a reminder to slow down. However, we all know that you’ve likely been running around like a crazy person just getting ready for this day. But if you can, take a moment today to look around at your family and really take in the magic of the season. My lady babies are now eleven years old, quickly approaching age twelve. Time absolutely flies. My job is to freeze moments in time and
I was lucky enough to create many family holiday cards this year for clients. Below is the one I made with my own twin daughters and Santa Clause himself. I don’t know how much longer these girls are going to let me dress them up and act out fun scenes with Santa, so I am grateful for every year of it. I am also very grateful for Santa and our yearly visits full of magic. This year the girls got to have a snow ball fight with Santa, drink (fake) hot cocoa, and eat his cookies. So I think this year was a win for them.
For my Christmas card design, I like to keep the front of the card just the portrait without a lot of text. That is what you see below in the first photo. One of my daughters is being cheeky and stealing Santa’s cookie!
Then I add in a couple more fun photos on the back as well as text with wishes for a happy new year to come.
The snowball fight! It didn’t even make it on the card but they had a lot of fun doing it!
