2.5 Month Photos for Mr. X :: Boston MA Photographer

How adorable is Mr. X?! He came with his parents to my north of Boston photography studio for some baby photos when he was just over 2 months old. This little man was beyond sweet for these photos. He stayed sweet through a few outfit changes, some posing, and he even managed to fall asleep! At the 2-3 month range it’s not always a guarantee that babies are going to fall asleep. So I never tell parents to expect those sleeping baby photos. But sometimes it happens, and it’s always a dream when it does. Mr. X was definitely no exception.

I truly love the 2-3 month milestone baby photos. This age is close enough to newborn that it’s (sometimes) possible to get those sleeping, cozy baby photos. But your little one is also growing and changing so much with every day. Their personality is starting to develop and it truly shines through in these portraits. They’re also much more reactive which means it’s possible to get some sweet little smiles, too. This milestone session is definitely not the same as newborn photos. But it’s still such a fun and exciting time to capture with portraits!
