Miss K’s Newborn Photos :: Roslindale MA Photographer

I love everything about this sweet and feminine newborn session. Miss K and her parents (and the family doodle Bailey) came to my studio from Roslindale for Miss K’s newborn photos. We started off with some family photos of the brand new family of three. And then it was time to focus on Miss K! Bailey, the family’s pet dog, got in a few photos with Miss K. And I have to say, they are some of my favorites from this session. What an absolutely gorgeous dog!

For the styling of this session, mom had specifically mentioned a few different things in the pre-session questionnaire. To start she mentioned periwinkle and cream with pops of colors as the color palette. I love the way it turned out. Mom also brought along two different newborn tutus. One is ruffly, girly perfection. The other is a soft knit design that is the sweetest thing ever. The last thing mom mentioned in her pre-session questionnaire that I was sure to include was the photo down below where Miss K is nestled sweetly in a wrap. Thanks to some optical illusions and a pure black background, it looks like Miss K is suspended inside of the wrap. Mom sent an example of this pose along to me, and I love how it turned out!
