Some babies just love to be wrapped. I want to be wrapped up too just looking at these photos of the snuggly Mr C. from Somerville! Newborns are amazingly flexible. If you think about it, they really have to be in the womb. But as a result of this Mr. C curled right up into the sweetest little ball. He was an excellent newborn model. And his parents were equally wonderful in their first portrait as a family of three!
About this Session
You know I love props if you’ve seen my newborn gallery. In reality, I don’t do a lot of over-the-top setups. For the most part, Mr. C’s session was kept simple. A winning combination in my book are neutral colors and muted blues, plus a naked baby! I feel this keeps the baby as the star of the show. Lastly, mama brought the knit blue and white hat as well as the neutral sweater. I had fun incorporating those!
