This little Cambridge, MA newborn lady baby stole my heart! I couldn’t be happier that I’ve seen her and her parents twice since her newborn session and I’ll see her again soon for her 1 year photos.

I spend so much time trying to get babies asleep and keep them that way that I sometimes don’t see a newborn’s eyes the entire them they’re in the studio. So when little Miss L had some open eyes I took the opportunity to snap a few. When I got the photos on my computer I almost died from the cuteness! It’s the photo where she’s laying in the nest, looking up the camera. Take a look, you’ll die!

Newborn safety is so important. Thankfully as the newborn photography niche has gotten more popular, there has been a spotlight put on safety. There is so much to say about this subject, but I brought it up just because I wanted to point out the photo of Dad photobombing in the photo below! Every time I step away from a baby in a prop, there is a spotter nearby to ensure the safety of the baby. In this case, it was Dad, and he was hilarious.
