It may not be common knowledge, but I grew up in the fabulous suburban town of Chelmsford, MA. Although I now live about 25 miles south east of Chelmsford, I still have family and many friends and connections that have never left, have moved back, or visit their relatives from afar. Needless to say, I am always happy to hear from a fellow Chelmsfordian! It’s really fun to photograph the babies and children of former school mates and old friends I haven’t seen in years. It’s great to catch up and always a trip (did I just write that? I really can’t think of a better way to phrase that!) to meet the children of people I knew as a kid or teenager.
Longgggggg story short, meet baby W! This tiny baby boy is in fact the baby of a friend from High School I haven’t seen in years. She was home for a friends wedding (that I just happened to photograph as well!) and contacted me for some newborn portraits. I was psyched. I headed to Chelmsford in the beginning of July and we captured some really cute shots. Mom + Dad are into organic + locally grown food. Make sure you scroll to the bottom to see how we incorporated that into the session. It involves: a baby + a basket + tomato plants. Enjoy!
