Last year Santa visited the studio for the first time. Lots of families were scheduled for their Santa Christmas portraits. I had a lot of anticipation for this day but not a lot of expectation for the sessions themselves. I certainly did not expect to find myself tearing up upon seeing this brother and sister duo interact with Santa. The magic is real to me. But the magic is REALLY real to these kids. My heart swelled over with joy watching this little boy earnestly talk to Santa about his wishes. They sat on his lap, ate a cookie with him and listened while he read a book to them. A true once in a lifetime (or once in a year if you come back this year!) opportunity.
