A Simple, Timeless 1 Year Session with Family

There is something especially meaningful about photographing a family over time. I first met this family when big brother came in for his newborn session back in 2018. I was then able to see them again for his one year cake smash. A few years later, I had the honor of photographing Miss C as a newborn. And now here baby girl C is as she celebrates her first birthday with a cake smash photoshoot and family pictures.

Miss C had a few outfit changes during her first birthday photoshoot. During family portraits her white and blue striped bubble fit perfectly with the white and blue theme of the whole family. She then switched to a balloon patterned outfit for some solo portraits. And then during her cake smash she wore a white outfit with subtle pink details and a monogram, which added just enough personality without overwhelming the overall monochromatic look.
