There’s something so magical about the three month stage. Between those first giggles, the bright eyes, and the way babies are suddenly full of personality, it’s so much fun. This baby girl came to my Andover studio with her mom and dad for her 3 month milestone session, and it was such a joy to capture their connection. From cozy neutral portraits to family snuggles, the gallery is full of soft textures and sweet expressions that perfectly capture this fleeting age. Capturing Her Personality at Three Months
At three months old, babies are starting to recognize faces and smile so easily. Which makes this milestone one of my favorites to photograph. For this session, we kept things simple and timeless: soft knits, cozy blankets, and plenty of natural light. Her adorable expressions and tiny details took center stage. It was all about capturing everything from those chubby cheeks to her curious gaze.
We also incorporated a few outfit changes, including a blush pink knit dress and a classic cream onesie. These subtle variations added a touch of variety while keeping the overall look cohesive and elegant.
Another one of my favorites from this session? The one where Miss E looks very, very unhappy during tummy time. For one thing, that pouty face is so adorable. But also because it’s so real!
Family Moments to Treasure
One of the highlights of this session was the family portraits. Mom and dad were glowing with pride as they held their baby girl close.
