Mickey Mouse Themed First Birthday Cake Smash Photos :: Revere MA Photographer
Quick, who is the most iconic Disney character of all time? I’m betting just about every last one of us said Mickey Mouse. Because that mouse sure is iconic. And it only makes sense to go for absolute icons as inspiration for a cake smash. So without further ado, here are Mr. M from Revere’s Mickey Mouse first birthday photos!
We started off the session with some more formal (albeit still very casual) portraits of Mr. M. Complete with adorable plaid shirt, showing off his standing skills, trains, bubbles, and tons of cute smiles. Because while the cake smash is definitely tons of fun. I also love being able to capture these simpler photos of your baby for their first birthday. Turning one is obviously a huge reason to celebrate, and celebrate we shall. But having these photos of just your baby, without all the color and distractions, is so special.
For the cake smash portion of these first birthday photos, all the fun Mickey Mouse inspiration came out. Red, yellow, and black balloons (some of which had adorable white polka dots), along with matching tissue paper poofs created so much depth and visual interest. The cute Mickey themed ONE banner added another touch of the theme. And of course, Mr. M in his little Mickey Mouse outfit. If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a hundred times: a baby in a bowtie and suspenders will always be a YES from me!
