Concord Family Photography with 3 Month Old Miss T
I met up with Miss T and her parents from Concord to get some family photos, and also to celebrate Miss T being three months old. It was October and the leaves were starting to change. The foliage was just gorgeous. If you go back about a month on the blog, you’ll see Miss T’s newborn photos. This was my second time getting to photograph her, but it won’t be my last. I recently got to see her again for her six-nine month sitter session, too. It’s such a gift for me to be able to capture all of these important milestones in the first year of life. And also, I’d be lying if I didn’t say I love catching up with mom too!
Three months is such a fun age to photograph. They’re still tiny babies, but their personalities are starting to form. They aren’t sitting up, they aren’t mobile yet, they can’t talk to you. But they are certainly able to communicate with you. And Miss T gave me some absolutely off the charts smiles. I’m so grateful that I’m able to help this beautiful family celebrate this little lady.
Styling For Your Outdoor Fall Family Session
This session was, of course, celebrating Miss T being three months. But it was first and foremost family portraits. I often get asked by parents how to dress for a family photo session, and this is a great example of how to coordinate all members of the family. All three of them are wearing shades of blue, which is a great color choice for outdoor photos. Dad’s stripped shirt really helps to add interest and break up the solid blues. The blue pops amazingly against the various shades of green, brown and orange around them. And I love that Miss T’s dress matches mama’s shirt almost perfectly.
