Baby N :: Boston Newborn and Sibling Photographer

I was so lucky this sweet family came to the studio and allowed me to help them welcome their second precious little girl! I was able to capture the bond between the new sisters before focusing on the new arrival herself. Back when big sis was just a wee newborn I was able to photograph her. Let me tell you, she was just as sweet as the new arrival. One of my favorite photos from big sister’s session was her posed inside of her daddy’s fireman hat, giving me a gigantic smile. Definitely one to remember.

About This Session

This session is a perfect example of the use of props to add a touch of color, whimsy, and cuteness without going overboard. We added the gorgeous floral wreath and arbor, the cozy blankets, and the pretty headbands to the neutral colored backdrops. These all add to the shots without taking away from how adorable little Miss N is. So many of the props used belong to me, but this gorgeous purple blanket in the last shot was one that the parents brought along with them. Props like this add a special touch, and there is something extra special when the baby gets to grow up alongside a prop in their newborn photos.
