Winchester Newborn Studio Photographer :: Sweet Baby J

What a sweet treat it was for me to be able to be Baby J’s Winchester newborn studio photographer. This family was such an incredible joy to work with, and I’m so glad I was fortunate enough to capture the excitement and love they have for their newborn baby girl. Baby J is the first grandchild for her daddy’s family and the third for her mommy’s family. So needless to say, she will never go long without as many kisses and snuggles her little heart desires. The love these two parents have for their new blessing was so strongly felt throughout the entire session and shines throughout this collection. Although I usually recommend booking newborn sessions in advance, this session was booked when Baby J was just 5 days old. Luckily, I had last-minute availability, and I’m so glad I did!

About this Session

We decided to stick with a neutral scheme throughout the session, which I love! It allows the opportunity for the subject to shine, and with a little one as precious as Baby J, what more could you want? Just look at that adorable, sweet face. She was so sleepy and easy to work with! We had fun switching up her outfits, poses, and props, and she didn’t mind at all. The addition of textural elements throughout the session adds such a dreamy depth to this collection. I just love how the soft, fur blanket complimented her soft, angel face so well. And oh my goodness…That tiara and bonnet! Be still my heart!

It was an absolute joy capturing this beautiful family. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for lovely Baby J and her beautiful family<3
