Well it has been about three weeks since I’ve been able to blog. Things got absolutely holiday-insane around the studio! It has been a blast to see all my favorite families again and meet new ones along the way. I did a tally and it turns out I photographed 75 sessions in the month of November. This is a record, that’s for sure! Included in those 75 sessions were holiday mini sessions as well as 30 families who came to the studio to have their portraits taken with Santa. It was a magical weekend and I’m already looking forward to next year.
Believe it or not, I have missed blogging! I love sharing photos and I love looking back on the sessions I’ve captured for families. This outdoor family portrait session was a lot of fun. I don’t photograph a ton at Spy Pond in Arlington but jumped at the chance to be there. I’ve known and photographed this family since the oldest was a wee newborn. There is a certain comfort that comes along with that. We all know what to expect from each other and it makes for a very smooth session!
