Always happy to meet a new family and a brand new baby girl right from my own studio town of Medford, MA! These newborn family photos were taken almost exactly a year ago. Baby J was alert through her family photos and I’m a sucker for alert newborns. (OK, hopefully not awake not the entire session, but I’ve come to really love a few eyes open shots).
Luckily she was a little professional and did fall fast asleep. We could get some great newborn posed photos as well as newborn photos in props. Possibly one of my favorite shots ever is below. It’s taken from above and Mom’s hands and Dad’s arms are enveloping a wrapped up and snuggly Baby J.
