Little Miss K’s parents took advantage of the year long baby portraits plan that I offer. That means I got to see them a whole lot in Miss K’s first year and it was awesome. But I hadn’t seen them in a year when I saw them for K’s two year portraits and family photos on the Boston Common last year. It was so cool to see her as a toddler, running around and happy! We wanted to get a photo by the “Make Way for Ducklings” statue, desperately. When I was scouting around for locations I thought there was no way that was going to happen. A gorgeous day, a very popular tourist attraction, it was going to be difficult! At one point during our session a huge group of people wearing neon orange shirts infiltrated the area and I basically gave up! But we swung by more one time and at the very end of the session we got a very cool family photo around the ducks that I absolutely love.
