It’s all in the details.  Meet 2 month old baby girl Ella.  She has the (cutest!) tiniest little fingers and the tiniest little toes.  In fact, they will never be this tiny again!  Newborn baby portrait photography in general, or 2 month old baby photos like these are so important for this very reason.   There’s something just so amazing about capturing the details of a baby at any stage really, but this one in particular that I absolutely love.

For Ella’s 8 week old baby portraits, I headed into Boston.  We took some fabulous family photos while I was there, as well as smiley baby portraits and of course the details. She was an absolute joy to photograph.

I’ve been photographing a lot of newborns (under 2 weeks) lately and the difference between a 2 week old baby and an 8 week old baby is phenomenal. Not more than 2 years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to tell you the difference, but the growth and change is almost hard to believe. Here is Ella, smiley and giggling!
