My LOVE Wedding Invitations

After the fantastic feedback we received from the Save the Date cards I made, I would be lying if I said I wasn’t feeling pressure to create equally creative wedding invitations.  Obviously this was self imposed and only resulted in a MAJOR design block. For like, months.  My angst was mostly centered around the RSVP card.  Who knew it would be so hard to design for myself!? After a ton of printing option and design research, I thought I’d share what I came up with for my wedding invitation design.

All it takes is one little spark, and I got mine after seeing scrabble pieces that spelled out “love.” I created 4 cards, each one with the letter L, O, V or E.  E! E is for Eads (new last name)! It was perfect for us.  On the other side of the L card was the wedding invitation verbiage, with the bonfire verbiage on the opposite side of the O. The V had detailed directions and the E was perfect for the RSVP card.  I finished it up with a scroll that linked all 4 letter cards when lined up (and a bird on a wire, cause who doesn’t love a bird on a wire?).  Contact me if you’re interested in your own custom designed wedding invitations!
