Miss L’s Snow Princess Winter Cake Smash Photos :: Billerica Photographer

This little lady came to my studio from neighboring Billerica MA to celebrate her first birthday with such a fun cake smash! Her birthday is in the winter so what better way to celebrate than with a snow princess winter cake smash session?! Glittery silver snowflakes hung on the wall. Faux snow on the floor. Twinkling fairy lights. The sweetest silver pine trees. And of course, the princess herself Miss L wearing sparkly silver and frosty blue. Her cake was the perfect accompaniment to the set design. I love this cake smash–it’s beautiful and theme appropriate while also being simple and timeless. Highly recommend a fun winter themed smash if your little one is a winter baby!

I had previously photographed Miss L for her newborn photos which you can see here: Billerica Newborn. Her newborn photos were full of special, personal touches to her parents. Like a little baby Yoda outfit and her daddy’s merchant marine hat. I also used a dainty little snowflake headband and I love that these sessions are tied together with that! Before it was time for the smash, I got some solo portraits of Miss L. And I made sure to grab some photos of her with her mama and even a three generations photo with her grandmother as well!
