Dearest Clients,
It feels like I was JUST writing you a love letter while preparing the 2012 + 2013 Combined Thank You Contest. That was a very full 12 months ago. My lady babies just turned the terrible 2’s (although Mom’s of older kids are always quick to tell me the worst is yet to come at age 3. Hold on to your hats!). I have had an amazing year at Crabapple Photography. At the start of the year I was easing into working mom status and by the end of the year — full speed ahead! 2014 year was sprinkled with familiar faces as well as lots of brand new faces. Tons of smiles, singing and laughter. Not much more I could ask for as I celebrated my FIFTH anniversary as Crabapple Photography.
This contest has become an event that I look forward to every year. It is a humungous THANK YOU for your continued support of me and Crabapple Photography. Last year, in honor of my twins turning a year old, there were double the winners. That made it extra special and I’m going to do it again this year!

:: WHAT IS IT? The Rules + Such ::
This is a comment style contest. The photos with the most votes at the end of the contest win various prizes. A photo from each client has been chosen (no I will not use a different image). I have many clients who I photograph more than once a year. Rather than dilute the number of votes among many photos, I’ve chosen one image. All clients who have had multiple sessions automatically get 3 votes per extra session. This is huge for my clients who I saw 5 times (that’s a total of 15 extra points!)! Number of extra sessions is noted next to photo number. If you’d rather not be a participant, email me and I will remove your photo. I think I have to say somewhere that neither Facebook nor Instagram, nor Google+ has anything to do with this contest – they do not.
:: HOW TO WIN ::
Choose your favorite photo by leaving a comment in the comment box below with the number of the photo you are voting for and a valid email address (I will not be using your email address). Comments left anywhere else (facebook, twitter, emailed, etc.) won’t be counted. If you’ve never left a comment, I will have to approve it first so don’t worry if you don’t see it right away. Only leave ONE comment, I cannot be fooled! Play fair. There are ways to get more votes though so fear not:
- If you are a Crabapple Photography Facebook fan, you can leave an extra comment (let me know it’s your fb vote).
- If you are an Instagramer, follow me and leave an extra comment with the number and what your Instagram name is.

The photo that was voted for in that comment will receive a free 8 x 10 of their choice. In the event the same photo wins multiple times, I will move on so there are 3 unique winners.
