Kara + Scott are so much in love! It was a great experience getting to know them and their story. They actually grew up in the same town and had known each other since middle school. They even went to a couple of dances together! But apparently both were too shy to actually ask the other out so time marched on and they graduated. Some years later on the fourth of July, the stars aligned, fireworks burst (literally) – and the rest is history! Subsequently, the 4th of July has had special meaning for Scott + Kara beyond the birth of the US
ever since. I believe they watch the sun rise every 4th, and Scott proposed on the 4th. So it only made sense that they should get married 4th of July weekend. Congratulations Scott + Kara, I thoroughly enjoyed your wedding, meeting your family and your fabulous friends and wish you nothing but happiness for the future, you both deserve it! And a special thanks to second shooter Patrick of course for being a trooper.

Also, I’ve uploaded 80 photos from their wedding in a special album on the crabapplephotography.com website. The couple got married at Misslewood, in Beverly MA. It was a perfect, sunny day and the ceremony was amazing right on the ocean.
